Flexible Training & Support
We know flexibility matters. That’s why we work around you to provide training at times and days that suit, so you don’t miss out. Courses can be delivered at our Birtley Training Academy, remotely through Quals Direct, or at your workplace.
Every course is tailored to learners’ needs. For example, Domestic Energy Assessor is often combined with Older and Traditional Buildings and Retrofit Advisor into a two-week programme. Cavity Wall Insulation is delivered as refresher training only, since current specifications require the learner to shadow an experienced installer for 16 weeks.
All learners are registered with Quals Direct to upload evidence and track progress. Employers can access the system to monitor development, review assessor sign-offs and ensure full visibility throughout.
