Max is great at spotting opportunities and managing complex projects. With a Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination and an eye for detail, he ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

A degree-qualified bilingual manager, Liz brings exceptional interpersonal skills and hands-on leadership to the role. Equally confident in corporate and operational environments, she excels at problem-solving and is known for her flexibility and team-first approach. She adapts to support our partners and learners, always finding a solution that works best for them.

Outside work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time at the beach and with animals.

Craig is an apprentice trainer within our training team, proudly following in the footsteps of his father, Bobby, our Head of Training and Education. Based at our Birtley Academy, he’s passionate about supporting learners as they develop new skills and build on their existing knowledge. Outside the classroom, Craig is always happy to get hands-on across PSL’s wider operation, from serving on the trade counter to helping with stock management and deliveries.

Shadi plays a key role in managing retrofit coordination across major contracts. He ensures every project is assessed correctly, planned effectively, and completed to the highest safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Holding a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management, along with multiple specialist energy efficiency qualifications, Shadi brings deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to every project he leads.

Albert brings a construction background and more than two years’ experience with the Group to his role as a retrofit coordinator. Regularly on-site with clients, he ensures every project meets the highest standards. His flexible approach and determination to get the job done right make him an invaluable part of our retrofit operations.

With 12 years’ tenure, Mark is the financial backbone that keeps our business running seamlessly.

His perseverance, process-driven mindset and logical approach ensure our financial operations run like clockwork - from budgeting and forecasting to cashflow oversight and internal controls.

Jack brings clarity and control to our finance team. He manages client accounts, tracks spending patterns and ensures payment processes stay smooth and predictable. His sharp attention to detail and data-driven approach keep everything running efficiently, and everyone fully informed.

Tracey is our dedicated sales administrator, ensuring operations run smoothly from order to delivery. She manages stock, monitors demand patterns, and creates targeted special offers that add value for our clients. With sharp attention to detail and a focus on getting things right first time, Tracey makes sure customers have exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.
